/HEALTHCARE SEO & DIGITAL PR

Build organic visibility through better search strategy and stronger authority.

Healthcare SEO spanning search strategy, on-site optimisation, content architecture, Search Console, internal linking, performance improvement, and Digital PR built around original research, useful data, and journalist outreach.

/A BROADER APPROACH TO SEO

SEO is not just publishing more content.

Search starts with understanding what people are looking for, where that overlaps with what the business can genuinely offer, and what is stopping the website from competing for it.

Sometimes the answer is a new page. Quite often it is not. An existing service page may be badly targeted. Two articles may be competing for the same intent. Important pages may have almost no internal authority. A useful page may already be sitting just outside the positions where it would generate meaningful traffic.

Relevance is only part of the problem. Competitive search also rewards authority. That can mean producing something genuinely worth referencing: original research, useful data, expert analysis, or a story journalists have a reason to cover.

Then there is the feedback. Search Console, rankings, clicks, links, and commercial performance tell us whether the strategy is working and what deserves attention next.

That leaves me with four broad levers: understand the demand, strengthen relevance, earn authority, and use performance data to keep improving the system.

If you first need to work out what is wrong, start with a Content & Search Audit. If the bigger question is what to publish and why, see Healthcare Content Strategy.

Demand→Relevance→Authority→Performance

/WHAT I ACTUALLY DO

Different SEO problems need
different kinds of work.

SEO might mean finding the right opportunity, improving an existing page, fixing how the site fits together, earning authority, or working out why performance has stalled.

Pick a service below to see what the work actually looks like, when I would use it, and what you might receive.

OPPORTUNITY BRIEF

Where should this clinic compete?

Search demand is filtered through intent, competition, existing authority, and commercial relevance before anything becomes a priority.

Priority = demand + intent + opportunity, not volume alone.

The goal is not to find the most keywords. It is to find the opportunities worth pursuing.

/HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From first diagnosis to the next useful decision.

You do not need to arrive with an SEO plan already worked out. Give me the business context, access to the relevant data, and what your team already knows. I can take it from there.

01

Diagnose

Find the opportunity.

I start with the website, search performance, competitors, commercial priorities, and whatever your team already knows.

Opportunity identified

02

Prioritise

Decide what matters first.

The work is ordered around likely impact, business value, effort, and what the site can realistically compete for.

Clear priorities

03

Execute

Do the work.

That might mean optimisation, structural changes, internal linking, new pages, consolidation, or several of those together.

04

Review

Use the response.

Once the work is live, performance feeds back into the strategy and tells us what deserves attention next.

Next move

Strategy should get clearer as the work progresses.

The page is now reaching page one and visibility is growing. Rather than replacing it, the next move is to improve click-through rate and strengthen the authority supporting the page.

/AFTER LAUNCH

The report should tell us what to do next.

I track the numbers that actually change the strategy: rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, links, page performance, and commercial journeys.

You should come away knowing what improved, what did not, why I think it happened, and what deserves attention next.

Numbers → Judgement → Action.

Beard Sorcery became a long-term test of the same approach I use now: find realistic opportunities, build around them, strengthen what works, and keep adjusting as the search data changes.

/DIGITAL PR

Turn existing information into something worth reporting.

I look for questions that can be answered through existing research, public data, company information, or structured market analysis. Then I turn the findings into an original editorial asset and get it in front of the people who might care.

That could be a report, investigation, comparison, evaluation, or data-led feature.

The data may already exist. The story probably doesn't.

/WHERE MY SEO STARTS AND STOPS

I work across search strategy, on-site SEO, content, and Digital PR. I don't pretend to be every kind of SEO specialist.

My strongest work sits where search strategy, healthcare knowledge, communication, authority, and commercial judgement meet. If the real bottleneck is deeply technical, the right answer may be a specialist technical SEO or developer.

/SEO QUESTIONS

A few things you may want
to know first.

Practical questions about healthcare SEO, Digital PR, backlinks, technical work, rankings, and how I work.

The work can include search and competitor research, Search Console analysis, on-page SEO, content architecture, internal linking, optimisation, SEO briefs, content-led search strategy, performance analysis, and Digital PR. The exact mix depends on where the real opportunity or problem sits.

/BUILD ORGANIC GROWTH

Build an organic growth strategy with more than one lever.

Whether the opportunity sits in search demand, existing pages, new content, authority, or a story worth pitching, we can work out what deserves attention next.
