Last updated 2 October 2026Nightingale Content & Strategy

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you access or use https://nightingalecontent.com and any public tools, articles, resources, Content Diagnosis features, case studies, or other material made available through the website.

The website is operated by Joseph Nightingale trading as Nightingale Content & Strategy, referred to in these terms as “Nightingale Content & Strategy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

These terms govern your access to and use of the website. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website.

2. The website does not create a client relationship

Using the website, completing a Content Diagnosis, using a free tool, downloading a resource, or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, professional retainer, doctor-patient relationship, or obligation on us to accept work.

A paid engagement begins only when the parties agree the relevant proposal, statement of work, order, or other written engagement terms.

3. Information and tools are general

The website contains general information about content strategy, SEO, medical content, writing, marketing, and related subjects. It may also contain interactive tools or checks designed to help users think about content quality or website issues.

Website content and tool outputs are provided for general information only. They are not personalised legal, regulatory, financial, clinical, medical, or other professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Medical and healthcare content on the website does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or patient-specific advice. If you need medical advice, contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

We take reasonable care over the website, but information may become outdated, contain errors, or be incomplete. Search engines, platform rules, regulations, evidence, and third-party services can also change without notice.

We do not guarantee that any website information, audit tool, SEO suggestion, content framework, or diagnostic output will produce a particular ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, regulatory outcome, commercial result, or other outcome.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, deliberately overload forms or APIs, impersonate another person, or use automated means to abuse interactive features.

You must not submit patient records, confidential health information, passwords, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive personal information through the general Content Diagnosis or enquiry forms unless we have expressly agreed an appropriate secure process in advance.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original text, design, branding, illustrations, templates, tools, code, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Nightingale Content & Strategy and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, print, or save reasonable extracts for your own internal or personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape at scale, create a competing derivative resource from, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without prior written permission.

You may link to public pages on the website in a fair and lawful way that does not imply endorsement or association where none exists.

7. Content you submit

You remain responsible for information and materials you submit through the website. You confirm that you are entitled to provide that information and that doing so does not infringe another person’s rights or breach a duty of confidentiality.

Information submitted through forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website, a particular tool, or any third-party integration will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or free tool outputs, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the website.

These website terms do not limit any separate liability expressly accepted under a written client agreement.

11. Privacy and browser storage

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy explains the browser storage and security technologies currently used by the site. Both policies form part of the information governing use of the website.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the website with its last-updated date. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply from the date they are published.

13. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a user in their place of residence.
